How Can We Help Take Your Home to Market?

1. Listing Consultation

We'll meet you at the property and explain the selling process. We will discuss expectations on both sides, home value based on current comps, a personalized marketing strategy, and a timeline.

2. Prepare Your Property

You only get one first impression, so we need to get your property show-room ready. We'll provide a checklist of possible issues that need to be addressed. Need a handyman, painter, or cleaner? We have trusted vendors of all types that we can recommend.

3. Professional Photos

Once your home is ready, we'll schedule professional photographs. We'll meet the photographer on-site and help with any last-minute adjustments.

4. Property Showings

We partner with CSS, a full-service contact and call center that coordinates all agent showings. Based on your preferences, we can let you approve showings, just get notified, or even have one of our own agents present at showings. We'll update you about all showing feedback.

5. Negotiate Any Offers 

Once we receive an offer, we'll go through it with you and decide if we want to accept it, negotiate, or reject it. We will guide you through all negotiations to get you the best price and terms possible.

6. Buyer’s Contingencies 

Congratulations - you're under contract! From here, the process shifts to the buyer's side as they arrange inspections, financing, and the appraisal. We will negotiate and resolve any repair or appraisal issues that the buyer presents.

 7. Closing

The buyer will need access to the property to do a final walk-through. On closing day, we'll meet you at the closing attorney's office to sign the final paperwork.
